User Agreement

The following terms of use ("Agreement") govern your membership to and use of FiddlersGreen.com ("FiddlersGreen.com ") as provided by the Fiddler's Green Golf Course. ("Service Provider"). Please read the terms contained in this Agreement carefully. You can access this Agreement at any time by clicking on "User Agreement" at the bottom of every page of FiddlersGreen.com. If you cannot agree with these terms, please do not use FiddlersGreen.com.
These terms may be modified from time to time; the date of the most recent revisions will appear on this page. Continued access of FiddlersGreen.com by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement.
Your failure to follow these terms, whether listed below or posted at various points in FiddlersGreen.com, may result in suspension or termination of your access to FiddlersGreen.com, without notice, in addition to Service Provider's other remedies.
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION
You will be required to provide Service Provider with certain registration information. You agree and represent that all registration information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. If any of your registration information changes, you must update it by visiting your My Account area.
USE OF PASSWORD
Your right to use FiddlersGreen.com is personal to you - you may not authorize others to use FiddlersGreen.com, and you are responsible for all use by you and those you allow to use FiddlersGreen.com. You may not sub-license, transfer, sell or assign this Agreement to any third party without our written approval. Any attempt to do so will be null and void and shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are solely responsible for all usage or activity on your account including, but not limited to, use of the account by any person who uses your subscriber ID and password.
If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (for example, in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your ID) you must promptly change your password and notify Service Provider of the problem.
USE OF FIDDLERSGREEN.COM BY YOU
FiddlersGreen.com is not intended for users under the age of 18 and Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 18. Such users are expressly prohibited from using FiddlersGreen.com.
You agree not to use any obscene, indecent or offensive language or to place on FiddlersGreen.com any material that is defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful. Further, you may not place on FiddlersGreen.com any material that is encrypted, constitutes junk mail or unauthorized advertising, invades anyone's privacy, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, national or international law or regulation. You agree to use FiddlersGreen.com only for lawful purposes, and you acknowledge that your failure to do so may subject you to civil and criminal liability.
You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide to FiddlersGreen.com or post on a bulletin board or forum, including but not limited to text, photographs and sound, does not violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party or is posted with the permission of the owner(s) of such rights.
Pricing Errors and Right to Reject:
We reserve the right to cancel orders with an explanation that the
customer’s order only constitutes an offer, which the retailer can accept by either charging
the customer’s credit card or by dispatching the product.
